can anyone actually put there finger on what the teams problem is?

every team as a blip during the season

but this looks worse than a blip

the last 7 games we have scored only 3 goals and conceded 7, you look at the teams we've played we should have been doing better.

so what is it ? nerves, fallings out, loss of form, no trust in the management, our tactics ???

surley we cant let such a superb season go completley pear shaped CAN WE??

No one except Adams knows what has gone on. It's about the players for what ever reason are not happy right now. A few matches ago Adams described the dressing room as a family. Clearly that family has become dysfunctional.

Like most managers in any walk of life it's now about listening and redressing morale. That could mean removing disturbing influences or explaining about the greater good of the team. What never works is its my way or the highway. We should all now sing every players name that turns out in a vale shirt as though they are the greatest vale hero ever until the end of the season after that its all down to Micky.

i still blame the virus which hit the team, not the one on here i hasten to add although it may be catching, a debilitating illness which saps your energy, to much of a coincidence.
