They're all poor referees - was it moaning, if so I hope M.A. tells him to shut up because we need him on the pitch not missing games with suspensions. They should all be fined heavily for getting booked for moaning it's needless and wasteful with a small squad and the refs are bobbins for both sides.

Someone was relating about ? Cloughie always shaking the ref's hand at the end of the game and saying "good game" even if he was rubbish because they keep coming back again and remember. We need to get pragmatic about keeping the right side of these crap refs.

I wouldn't like to see Dodds on the wing, he wanders inside far too much. We've been doing well this season as JMW and Vincent stay wide and hug the touchline, which streches teams and gives us an outlet.

 

Taylor on the wing and Yates/Duffy at left back.

The ref will be Jeremy Simpson from Lancashire. First year referee. Reffed our 0-0 home draw with Grimsby in the FA Cup a few years back. This season he reffereed 11 games, issuing 39 yellows and 2 red, giving 1 penalty. Also reffed the Luton v York playoff final which took York to the football league.

 

Please don't be anything like the one we had vs Rochdale!!

*I'm not sure whether Morsy's still suspended... if he is then Burge. I'd just choose Morsy alongside Dodds so he can do the graft and Dodds could get up the pitch a bit more.

 

I'm all for giving Lloyd a chance, lets see what he can do. Mickey wouldn't have offered him a contract if he couldn't do a job. Plus with 3 at the back Taylor can make more runs forward and support him.

 

I don't think he'll go for three/five at the back as we've been more attacking this season, but it's something he's done before

Five at the back at home would he a backwards step. Why cant we just go back to what was working for us until we changed to accommodate Williamson. 4-4-1-1 with dodds behind pope.

Quite easy for me. Stick Lloyd in for Vincent. Dodds and Pope up top. In no way whatsoever should we be putting Doddsy on the wing. Thats why we have stalled this last 3 years in just sticking a man out there.

Give Ryan Lloyd his chance and not change much at all.

Ditto! Although Dodds and Burge in the middle could bring some consistency after the Southend game. These look slow at the back so Williamson could be just the ticket.

I'd start with McAllister and Burge in the middle. Bring McCombe in for Davis, keep Taylor at left back and Lloyd on the left. Play Dodds in behind Pope. Duffy or Yates? I'd keep Yates there cause I doubt Duffy is 100%.
