Yet, he makes a lot of decisive tackles and battles for the ball. Something that you seldom see from anyone else. Byers, given his role as a creative midfielder is often responsible for some dreadful passes and losing possession. 

I'd say he's probably the only player in our side who can keep possession regularly. I've watched him closely in a number of games, he rarely gives possession away and is the one of very few who you can trust with the ball.

I think people are expecting him to be able to run past people, bash shots into the top corner from 30 yards AND be an Anthony Griffiths type enforcer. He's just not going to do all those things.

The sooner people realise that he's one of the few that is integral to the team having any success, the better. We wouldn't have lost 3-0 on Saturday if he was still on the pitch.

Unofficial Vale hardly tweet any rumours nowadays but they haven't got much right in the last few years so do I believe this about him saying that JB has told Mitch and Ruari to find a new club no I don't. I mean I think he has told a few players to find a new club but not these 2.

This Barrow fan seems to reckon that Dejaune is joining them so I can't see Ruari going anywhere if that is the case plus Mo is currently injured at the moment as well so that leaves us with just 3 strikers available so I think Unofficial Vale might be talking rubbish when he says that Mitch and Ruari have been told to find a new club.

Be best for Brown if it was true. There’s bits of his game I have liked more so when he first joined but it’s not happening for him at this point.

We’ll see but if UV is specifically namechecking those two as opposed to being more vague about it I think there is something in it.

I'd be moving a few more on before Ruari and Mitch as well @valiant_593 I suppose we will just have to wait and see if it is true or not, but yeah I wouldn't be happy about this either if it is indeed true.
