But shipley is playing too? With Byers i assume playing deeper? And no real defensive midfielder. Im worried the midfield will be overrun here.

    Like i said, i know we arent allowed to have an opinion on the starting 11 today. Congrats on being the first to point that out. But Im assuming Walter’s must be injured, because it would be mental to not have possibly our best player not even on the bench but Ojo on it.

    I’ll go out on a limb and say 2-2 today. Really not sure what to make of that line-up, other than I can’t see us keeping a clean sheet.

    So long as he’s committed to the cause and let’s be honest with him out of contract after this season he SHOULD be as far as I’m concerned he’s in a Vale shirt and will back him until he’s not regardless of the past.

    FWIW I’m with you on it. Feels like the worst of all worlds to me with potential to get overrun in midfield and it’s shunting Tolaj out wide where it doesn’t get the best from him. If  it turns out it is more a 3-4-1-2 with Tolaj in the 10 spot I can live with it.

    I will back him till he shows his previous I cant be bothered to run for that ball I have just given away attitude.  As you say he needs to put himself in the window and hopefully he will be all over the pitch.

    The thing is you know he can be very good at this level.
