According to the Sentinel, Bratt states there won't be an EGM until THEY have conducted a shareholders poll themselves.

 

All the NLV efforts look to have been wasted.

If there is no EGM following a process where enough shareholders request one then they are in breach of the law.

He and they (the Board) have very little legal knowledge so far as I can see....as has been said elsewhere, they run a league club like it is a working mens' club or a social club. It just has to end...and it will, either by them being voted off (the best way) or them being reduced to nothing and going for administration (the worst way).

 

If the latter happens, I fear for the safety of these gentleman...many people are at boiling point, alas.

Who gives a **** what Bratt thinks. If the shareholders want an EGM and the board object we will legally call our own.

 

It actually works out better now as the shareholders can set the agenda and have an hour to question them and haul them over the coals BEFORE any votes so that people can vote in an informed fashion rather than blindly vote then ask questions after when it's too late.
