I will say something about the lack of  character shown when fall behind in games by the players .

You need to believe in yourselves even more when falling behind ,looking at our stats for season we seem to lack a bit of character and heart .

If we are to get out of this then we cannot have players sulking if losing ,heads going down,I've noticed that far too many of them have given up v fleetwood ,Reading and Cheltenham once fell behind (that's when you need a strong captain laying into the players. ).

This too nice mentality needs to change 

Hopefully tomoz it's the beginning of the start of say 8 wins in 15 .

But it won't if your captain cannot motivate .

My question is  can he .

FFS give it a rest 

We are playing a team tomorrow who are perhaps where we could have been without Crosby ball. However, post Jan window we are weaker in midfield and have a continuing left of field defensive issue. I'm hopeful DM can find a win from the squad available. We are still in a surprisingly tenable position if we can get the team playing well together after gaining some confidence.

I really liked DMs answer here - rather than give us the usual tripe about chasing targets and just missing out blah blah blah, couches it with in essence, "whats the fooking point cuz they wont be fooking fit til the end of the fooking season" - which gets us all on board because we have already seen it for our own eyes with big Uche 

Great fan management - gets us onside, whilst in reality we are still fooking fooked 

PS I really like DM - big shoes to fill after DC, but he hits a lot of the right notes for me

I really think you should contact the club so you can have a one to one with Smithy. Him alone seems to have had a detrimental impact on you and makes you a very spiteful individual. The only thing I can think of that Smithy brings his own ball and won't let anyone else play with unless he is captain and gets to pick which way we are kicking. Nothing to do with upteen managers constantly picking him.
