Regino Cicilia looked more than decent on YouTube though! I won't be fooled again. But he is really highly thought of there. I love these England youth Internationals we're now signing.

i didn't see clips of cicilia skipping past about 5 players to be fair. You can tell by watching some he's quality & like you said he's highly thought of at United he should no way even be talked about regarding Vale. Would be a fantastic signing
