Charlton also matched the bid for Will Goodwin at 400k so I think we would have got a really good fee. I’m thinking around 250k. I will drive him down to the valley myself for that kind of money. Great bit of business if we can get a good replacement.

For the Uche and Loft stats to save the back and forth bickering. Loft 5 starts 446 minutes. Uche 7 starts 682 minutes.

I'd hope for 200 to 300k. He's worth much more. If anyone gets him for 100k that's a bargain for them.

Can't say I know a lot about Young. But he had a great time at Swindon in the league we found it so difficult to get out of. He's at a great age, 22. He's 6 foot 1 and looks pretty well built, so shouldn't be lacking physically. Exactly the type of player we should be going for. I might even flash a smile tomorrow if he signs.

He has 6 months left on his contract, and has scored 1 goal. I like Uche and he’s done well last few games and I don’t want us to sell unless we have a replacement lined up. But I’d drive him there for 100k

Young is a really odd one. On this season he looks a top signing, but his record previously is very poor. He’s at a good age so hopefully it’s a case of him getting better rather than being a 1 season wonder. Bradford clearly don’t rate him (or didn’t rate him)

If we have got 100k for Uche and then spent this on Young I’m happy with that.
