Absolutely s***e today. Didn't work on any browser. Had to download the app and watch it on my phone. My eyes are hurting now. Also their live support was awful. I joined the queue at 1,007 and when it got to 51 the box disappeared as the match had finished. Terrible service.

Anyone else have problems?

None for me I'm afraid. I wish there had been for 10 minutes in that first half

None for me I'm afraid.

Did you use the web page? Was it a match pass or Annual one?. Mine was the annual one

Match pass using a VPN server in the US. Had my IPTV as backup and checked both before the match. No issues with either

Quite a few of us who have annual tickets seemed to have had problems

Similar to yourself,  by the time the app had downloaded they were just scoring the third.

I had it for three seasons, customer service was awful, it is a huge letdown so I use a firestick now. Would happily pay for Ifollow if it was reliable.

iFollow. Used it once.  It was crap.  Never going there again. Way too flaky and unreliable as a service.

Sorry to learn you experienced issues with iFollow earlier today. We were informed around 15 minutes before kick-off by the EFL that there were issues on the website, though the App was working. We did communicate via Twitter/Facebook at this stage but note that some supporters may have missed this communication given the timeframes involved.

 

As the EFL/iFollow operate the service, complaints should be emailed to: [email protected].

Think I'd be careful as if you are in the UK, you were watching illegally - not being a pedant, as it didn't work for me either, but wouldn't i complain

Live abroad and have annual subscription. I don't pay 150 quid a year to watch matches on a small telephone. The app worked but the page didn't

Supporters of many other clubs had problems too.
