Yes, much better this season, but yesterday seems to have been a disaster for the coverage of many if not most EFL clubs.

I got the same stock reply, which - I notice - says nothing about a refund!

Just got this from Ashley Houghton at the Vale

We have received enquires from fans seeking compensation. We will process a full refund (for those that bought a match pass) or a pro-rata refund (for season or monthly pass holders) on the proviso that:

 

  • They have logged a complaint
  • We can see that they missed some or all match

 

Please advise any fans who have contacted you that they should contact [email protected] only if they have not already done so. If they have emailed that address already, their enquiry will be processed.

 

Please rest assured that the technical issue has been rectified and we are fully confident about streaming the matches tomorrow evening.

Yes, just to round off my earlier comments, I do now have the refund, so that at least was done efficiently.
