Noticed on Twitter that Sam Collins, Micky Cummins and Mark Bright have all posted messages of support for Vale in their current plight.

 

Big Sam's Tweet was particularly poignant " If there is anything I can do to help the club just ask or put me in touch with someone at the club, its too special a football club to lose"

 

Fantastic that Sam still has a thought for us after all these years and a reminder, if we needed any, of what a fantastic club we are.

It's clear from interviews in the Beano and on here that a lot of our ex players had the time of their lives at the once mighty Vale. Makes me wanna cry how we and they have been let down.
