Has this Don Mackay even got much money, he's never even managed any big clubs- he managed Blackburn before the Walkers came along, I wouldn't have thought he would have been on much before then. This all stinks of some tiddlywinks deal. ***** and not the clout we need to sort our club out and get out of this league.

It's difficult to see past one individual that it would appear most on here seem to favour. However we should not simply dismiss other parties merely because we believe the board completely incapable of bringing in what we perceive as the 'right' investment.

And in this particular case the existing board are not even mentioned, merely the fact that Mr. Mackay has been to Vale recently.

 

Interested parties will begin to come to the fore as we loom ever closer to admin and the AGM/EGM. There will be more interest in 'little' PVFC than we imagine, we shoiuld not dismiss it simply because they are not 'local', or 'Vale Fans'.

I had a text about this last night saying Mackay and a consortium were eyeing up the Vale............Its gathering momentum now........Personally i would prefer a bloke with local interests not a 72yr old stranger....And his real middle name frightens me...... Donald 'Scrimgeour' Mackay........

Yes but these guy's have no affinity for the club they just find any invester good, bad or indifferent take their finders fee and **** off or manage to scrounge a seat on the board like Miller!!!

that wasn't what Adams told someone t'other week, but whatever, anyone sniffing around will have to be insane or dodgey to get involved without seeing the books or getting involved with the current lot or whilst we still have the current AoA

I suppose it depends who the rest of the consortium are,i wont judge until we know but i hope it means ALL the board and Lodey **** off.

Anybody this bunch of clowns bring to the table will be treated in exactly the same way as Lloyd, Oliver, Deakin & Miller. Why? They cannot be trusted to do what is right for Port Vale and therefore anyone brought in will be in the same mould.

 

We will not buy their season tickets, we will make their lives as uncomfortable as legally possible. We do not want any more ly*** gits taking money out of our club to pay fat cat salaries to all unsundry.
