Again I've had absolutely nothing back from the Vale, I have managed to sort a ticket thought thanks to someone who has a spare.

Staffing of the ticket office is surely a job for the Ticket Office manager to sort out?

 

The problem is the ticket office is still run like when Ted was there in the dark ages. They protect their own little empire and don't want to change.Apparently for Andy to help out he needed training how to issue the tickets and answer the phones before being allowed anywhere near.Even if h has been there for 12 years and honestly is it rocket science to sell tickets.Maybe they don't want to irreplaceable.

Garlick needs to get a grip and sort it out or is he frightened of challenging them.As previously noted if anyone needs to answer the phone or have a break everything grinds to a halt.Surely there are more staff who could be used in busy periods to man the pumps.Its too late now because the rush seems to have died down.But they will never learn that this take it or leave it attitude is not acceptable to the fans.

When I take over a printer will be commandeered solely for P45s. Root to branch clear out of the admin staff. Starting with the slack jawed Protozoa in the Ticket Office.

This is all true and has ben said 100 times. CG has been in post long enough to bring about change on this issue and has not done so. I'd love to know why.

OK then, just put out a message saying all ticket purchases have to be done in person, strictly no sales over the phone.

 

In fact, get rid of the ticket office phone number entirely, as much use as it is. Cut them off from all contact with the outside world, apart from one little window in the club shop.

Behind the goal, yes. I just bought two adult tickets. I assume its only used as the family stand for Crewe fans.
