It's getting tedious hearing the same song over and over and over again, I get the impression that there ain't anyone listening......nobody dares disagree any more.

 

I would argue those who disagree have been shown to be wrong time and time again and therefore have given up.

The only "good thing" about today is I predicted them to lose 2-0.

We're on a bad run....all the doom and gloomers jump on the bandwagon.....so sad. Now is the time we should be getting behind the lads, its a marathon not a sprint.

For me it's not about 'getting behind the Lads' because I always support any 'Lad wearing my team colours. Whether or not they turn up trumps depends on a range of 'logistical, contractual and other relative variables' beyond their collective control.

 

As for our current performance? Our scorecard shows 7 wins out of 18 games ('Official website refers) equals a 38.8% success rate. By contrast Southend's 13 wins from 18 games equals 72.2% success rate.

 

Now, as an ex long distance runner and my position so early in the race was said to be 33% then I would be chasing the 'game' as opposed to helping set the pace. There is no other 'staggering' way to put it.

The fact that many vale fans took this thread seriously shows how pointless it is trying to change things or protest. Why should we do anymore and get more stick from fans who get angry at the thought of success and are happy with being crap.
