why should people be glum ? we are only port vale , its what we should expect . we should be happy just to have the doors open and the lights still on . forget home defeats to the likes of morecambe and defeats away to giants like cheltenham these are happy days

 

i am really pleased i bought my season ticket on the back of all the promises made by perry and mike as i can see all has started to come true . great times to be a vale fan .

The usual boring stuff on here....bedroom revolutions.......yawn.........yawn.....yawn.......we are in div 4 and are supposed to be ***** so get used to it and either start going to games to enjoy them as one-off days out or forget it.

We have got the best manager we could have and compared to most teams a fairly experienced squad. We would have made at least the play offs last year if Gannon hadn't fixed it for us, we'll probably be top half (just) this season and then we can have another go next season......no-one used to worry so much in the good old days when we were in div 4, we just enjoyed it for what it was.....our time will come again but it may be in 20 years time !!!!! We've always been skint and always will be......
