Depending on the shares controlled by the new board... I doubt the proxy is worth the paper its printed on... it carries no weight in the boardroom anyway.

I pity the poor sod who gets lumbered with the nomination as the supporters rep

I nominate geo......:D;)

I'm sad that DF has gone but as passionate as he is he wasn't acting on behalf of the SC committee and acted alone. A team player is needed for this role. The SC needs to be act upon it's committee and membership not on what an individual wants.

I thought that, What does Miller have to do with anything at the moment?

Maybe because Mr Miller would like to communicate with the fans in an open, hobnest and transparent way through the SC

For pity's sake, which way do you want it? They don't speak, they get criticised, they do speak, they get criticised!

Just a few days ago people were on here screaming that they wouldn't vote for him cos they didn't know anything about him...

When they were shown the publicised stuff on the internet and local media, it was that he isn't communicatiing in the right way...

Now he's going to sit down and talk with the SC about his plans and what he is about, it's nothing to do with him and he should stay out...

I know what you mean as he currently isn't a director, however, I'd also ask would you be saying the same if RW was sitting in on the same meeting?

Whether he gets elected to a director or not I think it's pretty clear he's going to be playing a major role in Port Vale's short and medium term future.
