Number 1,2 and 3 are really something of a concern and is perhaps why it might be foolish to wait untill the AGM and call an EGM immediately....lets

face it they ignored the results of the last one and the fans and shareholders are even more angry if at all possible.

Well we are still awaiting the long awaited EGM called by the board. They dragged the last promised one out so long that one needed to be called for them by NLV.

Whilst the three have control over the share issue we are stuffed. I am sure they will accept 50, 100 quids worth but they have already turned down Mark Sim's 24.9% as it would jeopardise their positions.

We know that is how they will view share purchases, unless it's their own or from someone who will strengthen their position

The articles state that a third of the board have to resign on a rotational basis.

I wouldn't expect both Oliver and Bratt to resign and stand for re-election. It will be one of them. If Bratt's still there by then, if indeed any of them are.

Well....it makes not a scrap of difference if they want to cling on to power and alienate half the fanbase by doing so and run the gauntlet of more protest....non attendance because of police advice...personal abuse at every turn.

Just dont attend home games cut off their money supply, they,ll soon get fed up of putting their hands in their own pockets....STARVE THEM OUT is the only way they will have to leave....what LOSSES are they going to post this year MASSIVE!!!

Season Ticket sales DOWN

Gannon pay out compo

Police and steward charges Higher

gate receipts DOWN

buying shares instead of investing in players

advertising cost incurred to sell season tickets (posters)

Adams double salary contract

Council Loan payments

New CEO £90,000k + salary

I cant see how they can even break even this year the figures just dont add up, thats all the extra expense this year on top of £350,000 loss last year

But then Bill said we have no financial problems we can pay everything on time we,ve never missed any payments on anything and we,ve got £13,000 in the bank.

They couldn't possibly reject small share purchases from fans.

All you have to do is all buy £1k-£2k and you'll have a fair bit of power.

Otherwise you'll just be in a position of just asking the board nicely if they'll leave. They won't.

Didn't Bratty encourage everyone to do what that old chap wanted to do last season - buy £500 of shares each etc.

Surely people should put the applications in, post them on here and if they are refused show them up with factual evidence rather than just saying tried to without providing proof?

But £500 a time (as Bratty suggested) x a few fans will soon add up and could well flip the balance based on how he escaped by the skin of his teeth last time.

I remember that and Bratty made a big song and dance about it.He also said that they were also going to start a campaign promoting the sale of season ticket's.

Guess what naff all happened,no shares sales campaign,no nothing, naff all, just the normal BS from the club's leading parasitic leech.

They would simply increase their own shareholding as soon as they got a sniff that there was a slight possibility that they might lose some power of control.
