Great fans?

I was there on boxing day in our promotion season and the walk to the away end was filled with with arrogant digs from the home supporters showing no respect whatsoever.

Infact i would go so far as to say their supporters that day were a disgrace.

 

They were just being honest with their feelings :) Let's see more of those dishonest southern towns having their clubs relegated!!

 

Still the fans should not suffer cos of an admin mistake, so pleased they have stayed up.

If Colchester had won last night they could have ended up with 54 points with a win on Saturday.

Crawley win on Sat. They finish on 53 pts.

Notts Co win ,they finish on 53 pts

Crawley beating Cov means Cov finish on 52 pts and get relegated.

LO can only get 51 pts even with a win.Relegated.

With a draw Crewe would have been relegated on goal difference.As it stands Crewe now only need a draw to stay up.

 

 

Yeovil are down.

 

You're right mate. It's not only Davis isn't the only one who can't do sums! :doh:

That happened with Manchester City under Alan Ball. He had somehow got it in his head that they only needed a point to stay up so with the scores being level against Liverpool towards the end of the final game, they were playing for time, keeping it in the corners etc before some bright spark actually realised that given results elsewhere they needed a win and suddenly they sprung into attack mode- far too late.
