Exodus is getting better by the match!!! Did you attend the Oxford game, he was awful, couldnt make a pass, kept kicking it to touch, getting in the way of players, didint win much in the air. In fact his only contribution was a solitary long throw in.

 

He looks out of place in league 2 so how he was signed for a championsip club shows how poor a manager Big Jim really is. The game was crying out for a 4-4-2 formation at least and if that wasnt going to happen we needed Rob Taylor as part of a forward 3 to inject some pace. Unfortunately we have a defensive minded manager, all this talk of 4-3-3 makes me laugh. Its 4-5-1 flowered up by the managers drivel to make people believe its 4-3-3.

He clearly wasn't match fit when he arrived and the only way to get match fit is to play.

 

Vale fans are no different to other clubs in that there alwayys has to be a scapegoat figure who is criticised fro every error whilst blind eye's are turned to the blue eyed.

 

Because of what's going on off the pitch I have lost a lot of my enthusiasm but with this loss of enthusiasm has come a vision of impartiality and basically we have a team of 4th division players none of whom would have found a place in the first team when V2001 took over the club.

Not sure about the destinations but I am led to believe that a number of players will be going in the summer if there isn't a change of manager.

Those out of contract perhaps? Name these players. The last list that was put up included the likes of Morsy and Sutton, who would be consigning themselves to a career in non-league if they didn't take our offer. For this reason, I'm sceptical about any such rumour.

I know for a fact that MA isn't interested in ANY of our players, so the players can either grow up and accept he's gone and no longer gives a **** about them, or **** off to a smaller club in League 2 or worse, as that is all they will get. In my opinion of course :)

I normally agree with you on most points Dave but on this one it appears we are poles apart. Im not making Exodus a scapegoat, in fact I feel sorry for him because Gannon keeps playing him before he chooses players that are quite simply better than he is.

I read that Gaz Owen is fit for Saturday and that should be good news but I am filled with dread because if Owen get his place back as he should do that means Gannon will push Exodus back into Midfield and leave out players who are far superior to Geohagan.
