Pretty generous, abstentions = vote against. Big ask I would have thought to get it through given the EGM results. Who exactly is the chair of the supporters club these days, and how do you join? I thought it disbanded years ago due to lack of interest.

 

Depends how many votes they have bought, on the top of thier block vote.

Canvass the large shareholders who may not know what they are up to, so they can save thier Dead Share scam.

A succesful Port Vale, and smooth transition to a new regime and new investment, and getting things sorted out pronto so things are not cacked up for next season. And asking a few hopefully fair questions along the way of all sides because I don't per se trust anyone in all this. No offence meant Micky, but if the board had done right by the majority of fans and not the numbers of shares held by said fans then you would now be swimming in cash and signing quality players on decent wages....as it is you only need to read the Sproson Statue thread to realise just how low this group of three can really sink....and all 'for us all'.

I think, if your vote is NO it should be sent to NLV then they could add up the againsts and ensure that the Boards "FOR" vote is correct.

The forms have no numbers just names and the whole exercise is open to abuse and any results pretty bogus....at the end of the day the trick postal

Check and tick off who has voted by using the shareholders list.

 

Use the name of any shareholder who has not voted,then use their vote (without permission)to vote.On the form that is sent out to shareholders there is no name,no shareholder number.

I could give you a list on all the above rating them from totally don't trust to slightly don't trust. Mark Sims comes in the slightly don't trust category for relatively minor reasons that are not very interesting. Several of the others come into the totally don't trust category (and Mo Chaudry isn't one of them).
