Back on topic though, if we win and put in a good performance against Crewe life will suddenly seem much sweeter again for many, such is the way of football. There can't be any doubt that on the whole that Adams has done a great job for us, but on the other hand while he's in charge of the side we'll have to accept that the football on show will leave a lot to be desired no matter what players we have at our disposal, even when winning games.

What? I know what the word trust means. Obviously the sentence/phrase its in, and how that phrase is commonly used is not relevant.

Things can turn around very quickly in football,Aston Villa currently lie 3rd in the PL with 7 points from 3 games,their next 5 games against Liverpool,Arsenal,Chelsea,Man.City and Everton could quickly see them 3rd from the bottom in 5 weeks time.

Ok,we've made a poor start to the season but please don't let us forget what we've achieved over the last two seasons with Micky Adams at the helm.New signings take time to gel and I've every confidence in Micky and the players to turn this round,starting on Saturday against Crewe.

Not at all,poor comparison really,he's had twice the turnover in players this season than in 2012/13.

I am behind Adams and disagree entirely with the current football system where mangers got chopped all the time.

I would love us to stick with adams and for adams to stick with us. Would be great if we could have a manger for 10+ years.

i trust him to get results (results for us, lets be honest is to finish safely in the league without really bothering the playoff positions too much)

 

i don't trust him to instill entertaining football

He just needs time to gel the team together.

 

Only concern is the defence and midfield not gelling properly.

 

Once he does get them to gel, then the team will be play off material at least.
