As Mo has said time and time again if he wanted land he can get it himself. Why would he pay through the nose for such little land in an awful location?

That arguement makes no sense at all.

Rubbish Dave, Hamil Road is a prime site for new houses and a small shopping precinct to serve the local community. Just look how close are the vital important ameneties, Police Station, Fire Station, Hospital walk-in centre, Schools, Park, Chip shop, Cafe, Oatcake Shop, Pubs, the list is endless.

The only thing missing is a decent football club!, but there's a half-decent one within 5/6 miles. ;)

And how much would it cost to fill in all the mine shafts? Would it be cost effective?

Burslem is a dive, except Vale of course.

My point is why would he pay millions for land he could get loads cheaper elsewhere?

Tick Tock Robbie me old son!

You're just ****ting it because when Bratty stops riding the gravy train he won't be able to allow you to continue your position as his "stress relief!".

I heard that Mo isn't interested in that kind of company.

Peter Coates maybe? Hope I was of help

Thank you, Jean.

After all we don't want our future generations visiting the fruit and veg section where the Bycars once proudly stood do we? VOTE BOARD Wednesday.

Pardon me, but wasn't there once a supermarket next door? It used to be called the Normid but disappeared owing to lack of custom.

Anyone who thinks a supermarket would be built on the VP site needs his head looking.

Yes considering how close the hanley supermarkets are and asda tunstall. In range for Burslem you have sainsbursy, morriosons, tesco and Asda. There is no chance a supermarket is needed in burslem. Will they not used the land where the co op travel is as thats closing.
