The commercial department don't seem to do much at all. I enquirer about the availability of the hospitality for a few games on the day when the fixtures got released. I was told they weren't available yet and that they would contact me when tickets go on sale. I have still yet to hear anything. Surely it's not hard for them to book the seats and take my money.

This is really what worries me. We can blame 1300 missing STs 'til we're blue in the face but that should pail into insignificance if we have a vibrant Commercial Dept. The fact is: we don't; and, until that is resolved, we will struggle financially.

Well said, in any business its easy to blame the customer for not buying, much more difficult to face up to the far more awkward question of "why did they not buy?" The commercial side of the club still leaves a great room for improvement.

Spot on once as I have stated many many times going back to the marketing and commercial debacle following our promotion smurf is totally devoid of any marketing or commercial skills and has not employed any one who is any better.

Catering, Retail and hospitality is an absolute and total joke at the club. Smurf is one dimensional in his business strategy expecting the club to be a one day a week money generator.

He and many others promised seven days of money generation.

We are heading for relegation by christmas. And it's not the cash strapped fans fault. Look in the mirror smurf and sell up
