As Derby County rename Pride Park with a substantial sponsorship, how would fans feel if Vale Park was re-named?

It would be a good idea as it would bring extra money into the ground. At the end of the day most fans would probably still refer to it as Vale Park so a new name would really just be cosmetic.

They can give us the few million if they wish.But they can't even deliver 1000 shirts.Even then it would STILL be Vale park to most.

I personally would like to see the stadium called THE JCB STADIUM ... Don't think it's goner happen though .

The Ground would have been renamed had Mo Chaudry taken over. The deal, with an Indian Bank, was about £200,000 a year for 5 years.

Jcb stadium would be awesome fit for both parties imo....but never happen mr bamford doesn't like football and thinks footy fans are lowts (god knows how you spell that) jcb are targeting and biggest opportunity for growth are in the BRIC markets so league 1 English club not really going to further this. I would love it to happen tho uk multi national company with world wide exposure supporting local club and logo and colours fit maybe a few jcb demo machines scattered somewhere in or around the ground would look smart....plus I reckon I could wrangle some free tickets ....do it do it NOW :-)

"Vale Park" would have to remain in the name. I wouldn't be happy with "The (add company here) Stadium". How about " The Sentinel Vale Park"...? "Wonga Vale Park" would be pretty cool.

Wouldn't bother me one bit. Financially it would be extremely rewarding! It'll always be Vale Park, regardless :)
