Good but NOT a great yet, decent all round Keeper is Joe......And like most going through a dodgy spell.......He will come good again i have no worries......Keepers as the last line of defence are highlighted everytime they make a mistake.

If he played under Fergie he wouldn't be on TV adverts. He needs reigning in a bit and focussing that's all

That's not true- Giggs, the consummate professional used to do adverts (reebok, quorn...). Jesus David Beckhma played for Ferguson too!

Joe Hart was no where near as bad as people were making out the other night

David Beckham had a boot kicked at his forehead as a result of Fergie getting annoyed at how he was focusing on being a celebrity too much.

Why do you think he sold him?

When a keeper makes a mistake it's highlighted cos it often leads to a goal but then they have less to do than noutfield players so the % of mistakes is much higher

As to Hart, dunno really but I get a feeling that it might be a fitness/sharpness issue..slower to react and not as strong as he needs to be.

I think its yet another case of the media in this country building a player up over his status in order to knock him down again.

Look aat what they tagged the golden generation, half of which were not even world class.

None were world class. England's last truly world class player was Gascoigne in my view (by world class, I mean would get into any contemporary side in the world).

Much the same with Hart, a good keeper having a dip in form. Has never been better than that, and hasn't shown much to suggest he will ever be better than that.

Totally agree with that last sentence. I do think Beckham was world class at what he did and for a short spell Owen probably was, them aside I agree.

I'd argue that a few more have been in the top 3-4 in their position in the world. As much as I dislike him, Ashley cole has been one of the best left backs of the last 5-6 years. Shearer was a class act as the all round striker too.
