As long as Haye keeps his concentration and boxes clever he should win, he should have too much guile for Fury.

Saw a terrific English Super Middleweight prospect last night called Callum Smith, demolished Kirill Psonko with savage body shots.

Can't wait for next weekend, Mayweather vs Canelo Alvarez and Danny Garcia vs Lucas Mathysse on the undercard, both bouts should be awesome. Just got the feeling Mayweather may be biting off more than he can chew as Alvarez is young, strong and a powerful body puncher and Mayweather's "shoulder defense" may just leave his left rib area exposed.

Callum's a terrific prospect.

I also think you're right about Haye-Fury. I've always thought Haye's explanation of his toe injury, re the Klitschko fight, was very plausible. You punch firstly through your toes, and it's next to impossible to get off a good shot with a painful toe injury. And I thought Klitschko, on the night, was brilliant: he'd land his jab, or a one-two, then slide back inches, very fast, to be just out of range.

As long as Haye doesn't allow Fury to bully him with his height and weight advantage then its a Haye victory within 6 or 7 rounds for me.

Haye is a far superior boxer who has fought at a much higher level than Fury. His quality will show through.

For the record, as people, I don't like either fighter.

Yes, Haye seems to be the pick. I think David Price, unfortunately, looks like a fine amateur who's still to convince in the pros. I'm biassed toward the Salisbury gym in Liverpool, so I wanted (and want) him to do well, but Haye deserves his rating as our best heavyweight. As you know, anything can happen with heavyweights, but Haye should get there against Fury.

Fury is the much bigger man but he has a suspect chin, if he had any more glass in his jaw it would be a chandelier! Haye has fought big guys and has had mixed results against them. If Haye can outbox Fury and stay out of reach of Fury's big punch then he should have enough in his locker to outclass him.

Haye to win with a KO late on.

There was an interesting discussion on Sky Sports last night featuring Frank Bruno, Lennox Lewis a few others and indeed Tyson Fury. They discussed many boxing related matters plus who they thought would win the Fury-Haye match

Seemed to me that most of those around the table went for Haye to win even with Fury sitting there in front of them; the impression I got was they they thought that Haye would be too fast, too elusive whilst still having the punch to take Fury out

Probably a lot easier for those guys to say it to his face than you/me saying it to his face. As many have said, Haye will be too fast for Fury IMO. Haye in 6. Regarding Fury as a bloke, having met him a couple of times (admittedly before he was a household name), he is a decent enough chap. His brothers on the other hand...

Mayweather beat Canelo Alvarez on points on Saturday night, Mayweather was just too quick and cunning for Canelo and produced a master class in the noble art, to me a similar scenario will play out with Haye vs Fury unless Fury gets lucky or Haye loses his concentration.

Danny Garcia, a boxer/puncher, beat Lucas Matthysse, an out and out slugger on the undercard, Garcia produced some fine boxing and took some incredible shots from the Argentinian and won on points.
