Owen is one of the many in this current squad thats gotta go imho - hes unfit most of the time and not up to the Job of getting Vale out of league 2 - he talks a good game like most of the other failures.

 

I would keep 2 or 3 of this group - the rest to be shown the door otherwise we will really have something to worry about next season - following Stockport into the conference.

 

This current board have loads of money for squad re-building , they can afford to turn away investment and dont seem at all worried about the season ticket boycott, so come on V2001 lets see a new manager soon and a major squad re-build with some proper committed/able and proffesional players for a change instead of the cr@p we have currently.

He says he is flattered by Crewe's interest and that he was only offered a 12mth deal by Vale at first until it was changed to 2yrs but he is still to receive any offers in writing from the club.
