Bycars Rocking on Saturday

No matter where you are, lets all give Micky and the boys a final massive 90 minutes of roaring, plus NO negative comments to players. We need this promotion.
It is pretty certain that being quiet will not help, of course it is mutual, the crowd noise builds from the pitch activity and vice versa. This is our best chance of clinching promotion, all out effort will be required, especially if there is a set back. The Cobblers do not have a great away record, and are nervy at present, but football is a funny old game, and a great effort is needed for Vale to finish the job.

Paddock is where its at?

I was sat in the Railway Stand against Burton and the Lorne Street outsang you lads by some distance - then again the Paddock probably has the worst acoustics in the ground. Which is why I don't undersand why its so popular with the young 'uns - other than being able to get from one end to the other at half time. But if crowds do return in big numbers next season you wont be able to do that.

So your choice will be to either stay where you are and compete with the away fans and lose every time because the Hamil have far better acoustics (you got outsung by a coach load of Aldershot fans) or return behind the goal and use the Bycars acoustics to create far more nosie and be that much closer to the action when we kick towards the home end.

I went in the Bycars for the first time in awhile for the Burton game and really enjoyed it, obviously seeing four goals go in at that end helped, might get tickets for in there next week as all other areas are going to be chocker!! :b&g::b&g:

I fancy a retro day. Back in the 90's I had a season ticket for years in the bycars in row ZE seat 77. Back row and about as central as you can get. Took me years to get that seat. Might sit there or thereabouts for old time's sake.

Haha... that has to be a wind up?

From the bycars the lorne street was loudest by a long way.

Fair enough, it's hard to hear any noise in the rest of the ground from the railway because of all the noise that's being made around you. I suppose it's easier to gauge where the noise is coming from when you're in the silent bycars end.

Yeah you are much better than me. That's why I've been going in the bycars for nearly 30 years, to give those with low self esteem something to feel good about.
