Can't disagree with you. I know they were picking their best moments from the game but they seemed quicker to the ball and much sharper, hungrier.

With the team we played we should have done much much better.

12 minutes of highlights and it was pretty much all them. Johnson looked shaky, handling wasn't great and his kicking from back passes barely going out of the area. Not a great showing from our fringe players.

I watched the first few minutes and wondered what you were on about - we looked decent, dominated possession and had a few decent half chances.

Its one of those.....When you're at school and one player stands out, it was him.

 

He was good, but not outstanding- hence playing non- league, I suppose.

We weren't that bad considering it was our reserve team including 4 youth team players and three players coming back from injury against their first team who are used to playing together and were at home. Vale had some good passages of play but I suspect their players were much more up for it on a cold Tuesday night.

They're in the 3rd tier of non-league so we should really be trouncing these kinda teams. Who ws our #8 btw?

I was about to ask the same question on who our number 8 was as he stood out as absolutely shocking. Then im coming to the end of the clip and im thinking its Chrissy Birchall!

 

I can see now why he isnt getting in our side! That was shocking!
