Several of these emails will be floating about as Begbie Traynor clear up the old company as liquidators, those documents refer to 3 of the creditors of vale 2001 as settled through the CVA.The liquidators have far reaching powers and can bring to book any of the old regime who have stepped outside the company remit, it can take years so don't be surprised if snippits of info keep cropping up. Smurf will know all about these things as he's been in business for many years,it wont worry him so why should it worry some on this forum.

IMHO The club has been sold to the new owners

but the Administrators still have to formally wind up V2001 (they have been running the club under the auspices of V2001 in Administration until the new owners paid up).

In order to wind up V2001, and exit from the scene, the Administrators now have to show the Court that all i's have been dotted and all t's crossed in relation to the debts of V2001.

 

If I'm wrong I'm sure 'Miss' will put me right. What do you say Jacko?
