If clubs are making decisions on a player based on that then there is something wrong with the way they are doing recruitment.

Just cause a club goes down (or multiple ones) doesn't make a particular player bad.

Ramsdale goes from 2nd in the league to worst team in the league, not suddenly a crap goalie.

Somebody would probably take Ojo but will also be a question of wages too. Into his final year with us isn't he? And so to move he probably wants a longer deal on almost the same money. Not difficult to see why it's less straight forward for him as a player.

I think ojo played a big part in us being relegated by going missing when we needed him and Shrewsbury werent interested in keeping him so Im guessing he didn't excatly impress there either. he was playing in scotland at a poor level prior to playing two seasons in league one both for teams that got relegated. I think anyone responsible for recruitment who isn't taking that into account is probably named dave flitcroft. Put it this way i'd be disappointed if we just signed him.

Aaron Connolly could be a great signing for Orient.

Saw him for Brighton at Leicester a couple of years ago. Proper poacher.

Has he had injury issues? It doesn't seem like he has played many games over the last 5yrs

No he's had odd career of loans. Played 28 the season before last.

Only played 10 for Sunderland last season before a January loan to Millwall.

Still played 50 odd games in Championship in the last two seasons.

He looked a real live wire when I saw him. Probably not Premier league quality but surprising to see him in League one now.

Saw him notch about 18 months ago for Hull v Coventry.

Tolaj not training today? Not in the video and pretty much everyone else is in there.

Has he been pictured at all in Wales?

Ultimately teams get relegated because the squad isn't good enough. We ended up relying on Plant, Dipepa,  Lomax, Shorrock and Walters who were incredibly inexperienced.  All the January signings were a disaster,  most got injured in the first week. For a chunk of the season we didn't have a fit striker. Ben Garrity missed that crucial period straight after the window. A couple of senior players were carrying knocks and sometimes not training between games. Some players were brought back too quickly from injuries when clearly unfit, notably Clark. At times the first 11 was the only players who were able to run and some of those were still on the physio table on Friday. With hindsight we should have held onto Cass and Conlon, although I didn't think so at the time. At least they had some experience of league football. Really when you look at that January to April period it's pretty hard to pass judgement on individual players as it was a mess.

We won't have the same problem next season.  I don't think the squad is good enough to challenge for the automatics. It's got enough depth to not play anyone who is unfit and purely for that reason we are unlikely to go down. With a downhill run there's enough to challenge for the lower playoff spots but in all probability it will be lower mid-table. Mathematical safety by the end of March would be satisfactory after the 22 to 24 seasons. As in most years the relegated teams will be from the smaller ones, who lose a number of key players for a chunk of the season.

I think you’ve missed the original point.  Every single player in a relegated squad won’t be bad, or have a bad attitude, as was suggested by original poster.

I think at best he's sort of jogging away from the main group, if it is him. Definitely not in any video or picture to do with the ball - and not in any of the WBA friendly pictures on their website.

Ojo looked like he was enjoying himself on a couple of the training videos today! Interesting to see how his situation develops!

Moore on the radio said Ojo and Paton are very much part of the group when asked by Phil Bowers.

Although he's highly unlikely to say anything other than that.

Is this the back of Tolaj?
