Please don’t think this is specifically at your good self mate but I think some people have gone into the “LOL Lowe” mode regardless what he does. He’s not a dynamic player in the least or owt like that but conversely he isn’t as bad as people like to make out sometimes. He’s just your standard jack of all trades master of none type sort.

We got completely over run in midfield against Cheltenham for the last half an hour and couldn’t get up the pitch. It’s happened in other recent games too. I can completely understand why he has stuck three midfielders in there today. 

Harper and Byers are unavailable so the only other option is Lowe. Chislett is not a centre midfielder.

I don’t like him. I can’t remember the game at home last season, may have been Exeter or Fleetwood where he ducked off a corner. Was going straight on his head and he ducked out the way and they scored. Got no time for him, probably a decent player 10 years ago. Hopeless now

That only happened when Garrity went off though

I get it and to be clear it’s not how I’d have gone but also I’m not holding last season against him or quite frankly I’d be holding it against a lot more in this squad as almost none of them covered themselves in glory.

Salford released him a few years back because his legs had gone and he was no longer good enough for them. He shouldn't be getting a gig for us still all this time later.

I’m not disputing what you say but this is a David Flitcroft question for giving him a 2 year deal and gazumping Carlisle.

Well yeah, he doesn't pick himself. It's absolutely on Darren Moore. Lowe was no doubt a good player a few years back for this level. 

 

Anyway in the stadium and Donny have a drummer. Another club who should be liquidated then, kill them Vale!!!!

Their fans already started with a “<ovf censored> Darren Moore” chant. We’ll see how long it takes to make its way to the away end (that’s a joke by the way) 😅
