Tickets - season tickets, loyalty points, matchday tickets etc

You can’t get a ticket with 125 points until Friday I’m afraid.

Does it really need to be dragged out over an entire working week? I note that most clubs with a loyalty points scheme have tickets released for different tiers every couple of hours, not once a day for a week, less than two weeks before KO.

A question before i attempt to contact the ticket office.I have brought a Notts County ticket and it is showing in my account but i have had no confirmation e mail or link to add to my phone, does this not happen straight away or do i have an issue with my account?

Kudos to the ticket office issue dealt with in a patient and friendly way considering my basic tech skills.

I think it’s better than the previous system where you had to either be an ever present to be top tier or you just had to fight it out with season ticket holders in the next tier down.

I was always consistently 5-10 points off being top tier. I even considered going to some Trophy games.

It is an improvement, and as a season ticket holder (but very infrequent away supporter) from last season and a 1876 member this season I'm 40 off 250, but the jump from the Thursday release to Friday seems too big a gap. Two tiers released daily, especially when it's potentially a higher demand game would be preferable. It doesn't give people much chance to plan ahead when someone who might want to attend won't know if they can get a ticket until the Saturday before. In terms of Notts C, I think we'll sell out the allocation of 1,905, but this is a drop in the ocean in terms of the full capacity of that stand so I'm hopeful that more tickets will be released if demand warrants it.

They had a similar thing to Vale where capacity is reduced I believe but in fairness dont think they are selling any of that stand to home fans for this game as yet so anyone who wants to go should be fine. Chesterfield however will be a different matter..

I think you have to have at least a 24 hour window.

If you have a problem and need support your window may have gone before you are able to get a response from the club. If you are on a shift and can't access your phone or a computer you may not be able to access the system within the window.

What clubs should probably do is assign everyone a purchase ID then at the end of the purchase window people can indicate the other purchase IDs that they would like to sit with and seat numbers could then be issued accordingly. Probably a lot more complex to actually do that it sounds.

Apparently Notts County only had 419 tickets for Bromley.

Lots will fancy going there.

Yes think the 16th. Might be wrong.

League position will dictate demand, stating the obvious.
