Moore loves nothing more than shunting a midfielder out to play as a wing-back. It's infuriating.

    He has played wing back and right back for Leicester reserves

    Yeah played RB in 14 out of 20 games for Leicester U21s last season. He'll be playing there.

    Really heartening to see folk google him, see he's listed as a midfielder on the ever-reliable Wikipedia, and without a milisecond's extra googling write off the transfer as pointless.

    It literally takes about 3 seconds lads.

    The clubs own social media literally announced him as a midfielder to be fair.

    We are delighted to announce that midfielder, Brandon Cover, has joined the club on a season-long loan from Premier League side, Leicester City.

    A youth product of the Leicester City Academy, Cover, 20, has been with The Foxes since the age of 7 and would go on to make his senior debut in January 2024 in a 3-0 FA Cup win against Birmingham City.

    The 6ft 2in midfielder also progressed through Jamaica’s U23s to go on and make his international debut in June 2023 in a host of friendlies.

    With respect I'm not too fussed what Dan Townley's research has told him. Cover has played as a right-back for Leicester.

    Vale literally said he’s a midfielder.

    So the club informed him to announce a signing, and when he asked what position the club told him ‘just google him mate’. Either way, you cant criticise fans for assuming the information given by the club in their announcement is correct. Just feels you want to have a pop at fans for rightly being concerned about the fullback situation seeing as it hasnt been resolved or the last few years now.
