    I thought Ripley started the season well and looked very assured but tailed off badly in the second half of the season. Perhaps symptomatic of the team as a whole? Either way, I don't think he's as wonderful as many seem to think and competition can only be a good thing.

    Hopefully with the departure of AC and a fresh slate under DM we're no longer going to be subject to Nathan Smith being made to be a ball running playmaker anymore!

    Would love Connor back in league two! He moved due to the commute everyday though so I’d be really suprised if he came back

    I'd be surprised given he only left because of his long commute to Vale. Be good though!

    Liked Connor but in all honesty if he isn’t going to move closer to this area then it’s just a matter of time before the commute (and it is a nasty one) grinds him down. I’d be making him moving closer a pre-requisite if it was him.

    One of those transfer rumour twitter accounts linked us to him last week, two of the comments were "Haha hope they've got hospital insurance" and "Do a pay as you play deal he will owe you money"

    Good playing record though!
