Thats got to be a joke, for a start it would be an enormous coup for us to get him, and all the media would be asking him "why Vale". Wikipedia is hilarious though.

I thought is was because at the top it says he also plays for a club in dubai, so whoever has tried to be clever hasn't thought it through

I don't see how people can say certain signings are un-realistic, having just read that Brett Ormerod has signed for Blue Square Premier club Wrexham, yes he is getting on a bit but he would of been a good signing, so there are plenty of strikers in their 30's who would easily replace Richards 15-20 goals a season if not more.
