Its no surprise we are where we are.

You would hope IF Moore is given scope to bring in his own players, he will get some experienced League Two heads with a track record of promotions, not a bunch of kids, has beens and National League players.

 

This list lays bare what we all know, that recruitment has been shambolic.  The fact that Flitcroft got lucky with a couple of loans doesn’t conceal the fact that our squad was miles away from where it needed to be going into this season.  It’s Sexman levels of delusion to expect so many untried players to come good.  For a guy who’s been involved in football for as long as our DoF to show such a stunning level of incompetence is unbelievable, yet here we are.

If Fraudcroft is doing the recruitment chance's are he will f### it up again but it's up to Carol, she can either bun him off or suffer the consequences with fans turning there back on season tickets

I'm just counting the bread & butter, the league games.

Including the 4 games he was in charge last season and and the 29 this season, he only won 9 times in 33 games which saw us drop like a bomb, towards the bottom of the league.

Add into that, that he won 5 league games in the first 7 league games of this season, that means he only won 3 times in next 22 games before he was sacked.

3 wins in 22 games is horrendous.

But 3 I. 22, or 23? was Moores record also, at Huddersfield.   If he couldn't do it at one basket case club,why should he be able to do it at another?

No idea.  Its Crosby who I'm talking about here and wondering why people have started sticking up for Crosby even though it was his poor record that's put us in this position

I suppose the logic of the argument is that if people are saying you cant blame Moore for his god awful start as manager, because hes been lumbered with a terrible squad, then surly the same benefit of the doubt can be given to Crosby? He was working with the same restrictions.

Arblaster and devine made a massive difference though they were a class above our current shower of shyte

It was Crosby that helped to build it and remember, he had the talent of both Arblaster & Devine where Moore didnt & Crosby still had a poor record with those 2 in the team

Of course, and he managed to win some. The last win was when blaster was injured and we also had to play shorrock and Lorax as wingbacks though, so it would be wrong to say it wasn’t still a poor squad.
