    I don't think Crosby wasn't ever picking his own formation despite what the group think had declared the truth on here.

    I think he was scared to change. Another level of stubbornness Andy had & prob was wanting to please Flitcroft too much. Tonight shows Big Dave won’t take any poop off the salesman 💪🏻

    Crosby was a paint by numbers manager. Did everything by the book. Have a consistent system, a philosophy, and just keep doing it and results somehow then occur.

    Moore is a bit more of a proper manager. Will react to stuff and go off instinct.
