SC Statement - Keith Ryder and discussions

87 pages of peoples ideas, no one has any idea what's going on!!!

 

We have been left with no choice but to guess and speculate. We are being told nothing by Ryder, and it seems he is the only one that really knows wtf is going on.

 

Alls I am saying if Mo was an option then Keith needs to speak to him.

This is what OVF is all about, jesus christ if you can't say what you've heard, what you think, and have a bit of a moan what can you say?

 

Everything you have moaned about in your post is exactly what a football forum is for. What's more blah, blah, blah and yadda, yadda, yadda is people like you moaning at people who are concerned and speculating about what the future holds as you should do in a forum.

Whoever selected this admin company (for the second time) needs to be fired - as for a plan B, do you really think any potential buyer from several months ago, who was effectively pushed to one side for KR, will now be willing to step up as a late substitute without seriousley reducing there previous offer ( any business person worth there salt will see this as ideal circumstances to get a realy cheap deal off BY and his merry men.

 

Do you seriously think administration firms were queuing up to administrate a company with no funding?

 

MOLD tried to place the club in administration to protect themselves from the taxman, they couldn't and then Miller resigned so if they found someone they couldn't.

 

The only reason we are in admin now and not liquidated is because the council agreed "limited" funding and Bob Young agreed a cap on his costs to fit in with that limited funding so for that alone I very much thank Bob Young!

Can't see KR completing now. A strange situation after the money he & his consortium has put in. KR simply can't be trusted now.

 

Money that KR has put into PVFC has been his own funds, these funds paid for the the trip to Ireland and towards club running costs.

 

He has not been able to secure any more funds.

We just need to be told something!!! if this is what life with KR is going to be like him going walkabout everytime a difficult decision needs addressing then what chance have we got in the future!!!

Just read a rumour on a Vale Facebook page that the hold up is something to do with a dispute over the Gibraltar loan.

 

Best part is that the same Facebook page has people constantly slating OVF for being a rumour mill.

 

I still really hope Ryder sorts this out.

If Keith Ryder still intends on completing, and if he wants to rebuild any bridges, then the very, very first thing he has to do (before anything else), is pick up the phone to the SC and start talking to them.

I wondered why the Gibraltar loan people didn't vote against the CVA, obviously hoping to get more than 3p in the pound.

Maybe it was omitted because of an ongoing dispute?

If keith does buy the club, the supporters club have a choice of either remaining the supporters club and backing him or they would have to change the name! The clue is in the name.

I don't think they voted at all, if they had voted against I think it would have been very close.
