tbh, prior to yesterday i was not to bothered about whether mcdonald was staying or not . however his performance showed that he was a man with a weight lifted from his shoulders , hopefully it is a sign of things to come from him. offer him a contract micky. as for the song about him he seemed to find it funny

Is he worth a place in the squad? Yes.

 

However, as a back two himself and McCombe would concern me as it's lacks any pace whatsoever and opposition teams with any nippy forwards could run in behind them all day long. Personally, I would see him as a replacement for McCombe and not as an ideal partner.

You obviously werent watching the Macc Town game where his 'aerial ability' and miss-timed jumps nearly cost us 4 goals against a bloke a foot smaller than him!
