Highs: Today (hate arrogant Oxford and their fans), Tom Pope's equaliser @ Crwho, Joe Davis @ 18, Doug Loft at full back (right & left) and Marc Richards over the last 4 months.

Lows: Admin and particuarly the 10-point deduction. Without that I believe we would have signed the extra few quality players and would have made the play-offs.

Still there's always next season.

think the biggest low looking at the league today is without the 10 point deduction we'd be on 69 points 3 points off the play offs, i truely believe if we hadnt gone into administration we would be in the play offs we were on a great run and looked really solid plus were on the brink of bringing extra players in to strengthen the team as well.

Oxford have always been horrible, non-league upstarts who had a few years in the top division, and won the League Cup. Their cup winners managers medal went to Ken Fish thier trainer for his services in thier rise up the leagues. Ken Fish, for younger readers, was the legendry trainer of the Vale 1954 team known for his sprinting across the pitch with his magic sponge and bladder of water. We should thank Oxford for allowing us to buy Martin Foyle, but otherwise good ridance.

I remember the game against them when we signed Foyle. A couple of fans were saying they were glad we signed him as he was toss and they wanted him gone. 90 mins later and 2 tin man goals they were quiet!! Can anyone else remember when we always played Oxford first and last game of the season? Think it was 3 years in a row but can't be sure
