My mistake,but i'm sure the dog track was mentioned?

 

Don't think it was the dog track; I remember Bell having an interest in a site at Festival Park pre-admin but the Icelanders wanted us to go to the Brit.

 

The next issue of 'Derek I'm Gutted' had a picture of the Brit on its cover with an added sign 'Port Vale round the back by the bins'.

I know there was a stadium mentioned there in the 90s but I think it was a vale stadium in co-operation with the council. Then when Bell was being compolcated the council went for the brit again vale opted out of that option too.
