That interview with Micky says it all - he's working his socks off trying to get a threadbare squad into the play-offs, even after the board's false promise of transfer money. Incredibly, we're on the cusp of it, but the utter, utter idiocy of the board mean we will lose ten points. A wasted season.

 

Unfortunately this was inevitable after events last June. I'm just amazed he seems to have rekindled the trust that the squad had in him during the first half of last season. For that he and they deserve praise.

After listening to Micky's post match interview on P and G it was evident that he has had enough and who can blame him. Does anyone think he will walk before the season ends? I would be gutted if he does. :(

He won't walk. He sounded evidently downbeat but he also made reference to the fact that we will all pull through this on the odd occasion in that interview as well.

 

He knows that the club has the foundations for a great journey that he can orchestrate. Whoever comes in, Mo or anyone else, they should ensure that we keep our squad and perhaps add a bit to the transfer kitty.

 

Adams knows the squad we have is good enough for promotion so he wouldn't walk away IMHO.

It saddened me greatly to hear Micky's interview, he sounded totally disillusioned. Wasn't great really to say that he didn't care about the score when 700+ fans have just followed you. Still, you can understand what he must going through. Would be disastrous if he went, can't see him walking though.

Mickey wouldn't do that to the fans unless the situation developed into something catastrophic Jean. It just isn't him at all.

I though that as well, I suppose supporters always care I know hes flat for himself and the players, but we will be round for years after they have gone I noticed he just sat on the bench and never moved,hardly the inspiration to turn up on Tuesday if hes not bothered.

Micky did sound down beat and has every right to be, but I am shocked that millionaire Micky could not find £30 fuel to give to Kingsley James so he could make the bench i am sure anyone of us would donate a tank of fuel for the lad

I agree but perhaps it was used as a sign to astutely deliver a stance to the current board and show them up for what they have done to the club.

That's what I hope, if it's so dire I am sure the supporters would rally and donate fuel money I for one would donate a tank a week for young lad to get into training
