Adams Midlands Today

I think that any administrator will be looking to keep Adams and if it's a choice between Adams and Grew it's a no brainer!

We all saw what a hash Gannon and Grew made of the end of last season.

It might be a no brainer to us but if an administrator has the responsibilty to make cuts and save money then it's a different framework where footballing matters are not nesessarily paramount. But like you I hope to God that this isn't the outcome.

They need to model the club into a going concern to attract buyers and for me the logic is obvious.

Micky has been through this with Leicester successfully and a previous administrator binned Grew.

Micky is also well respected in the game.

I would imagine he will indeed be asked to defer wages but can't see for the life of me any administrator ridding the club of it's best asset and replacing him with someone that failed badly in the job within the last 12 months.

Just a thought...........

Suppose the administrator (provided one is appointed) decided to give Micky the heave ho, and Grewy and Horse were dispensed with as luxuries Vale can't afford, what price Gareth Owen being appointed player manager?

There are too many threads on this site looking backwards and re running old arguements. At best its boring and to tbh we don't have time for it at the moment. All this rubbish about MA being to blame for all are our problems - I don't buy. And even more important, its time for everyone to look at the contribution they can make to helping get us out of this mess.

If we aren't careful we won't have a club to support and we can do without all the comments about what we want to do with people like Bill Bratt/ MA etc etc. Its time too move on.

People have to be held to account and I for one hope every single member of the board since 2003, Micky aside, is crucified by being brought to justice for their parts in the destruction of the club.

They ALL deserve to be completely ruined for their part in creating such a demise.

As I'm in York I would like to catch up with the local news on Vale, and see what they have to say.

What region do you get for BBC in Stoke? Is it West Midlands or North West? Luckily with Sky Plus I can get any BBC1 region...

I'm guessing BBC West Mids, with the news being Midlands TOoday at 6.30pm...

Cheers!

Micky and the players should be applauded for their loyalty and this mindless speculation should end, will mickey stay will owen tale over etc. etc.

Much of this nonsense help to fuel the fire that started the blaze the has become a possible cremation of our Club.

We need posative and constructive post to secure the future of PVFC and less mindless banter.

A SAVE PORT VALE MOVEMENT MUST BEGIN TODAY.

But.................. Who had the guts to do it, come on Mo, LB and co where are you now when you realy are needed....

No the sole responsibility is down to the past and present board members (Micky aside).

A bunch of wallies on the Internet haven't caused this or fanned any flames.

I do however agree the sole focus should now be on the fans supporting Micky and the players.
