I've heard a rumour that the club solicitor has been to the police and reported mis goings on in an attempt to clear hs own name!

 

if that's the case, he should have done that when it happened, not just now when the poo is about to hit the fan.

Miller/Deakin/Julicher owe half a million for those "nil paid" shares.

If any charges are to laid at Miler then the authorities should try and get him to face trial in the US. I know US lawers would plea bargain and get him as short a jail sentence as possible but to be honest I would love to see him in a US jail if only for a couple of months - I would also ask the judge to take into account his sweat problem and force him to have looonnnngg showers with the other inmates. I just hope the inmates are as cute as they are shown in films. Miller could be someone's little plaything for a couple of months. Bit like Vale was to him.

This is somewhat worrying. If the administrator, assuming we get that far, finds anything from financial irregularities to criminal activity, then it will be a sight more than 10 points deduction. In which case, it will be the north west counties league or whatever it's called. It's enjoyable to speculate about how long the Directors will be eating porridge, but a bit more unsettling when it comes to thinking about the impact on the club. Having so much to hide would explain, though, why they've held out, like Mr Micawber, for something to turn up. I wonder if the shredder has been doing overtime?
