It wouldn't be sensible for Mo to step in at this stage.

Yes and no Caoline [ in my opinion ]

He could step in, be granted full access to the books and negotiate with the Council [ HMRC will not negotiate ] he could then buy shares and use this money to pay off HMRC.

We dont have long, it would now be sensible for the board to let MO in [ ideally tomorrow ]

Before admin we still have the 24.9% rule.

Yes, I know that

To do this would take total support of the board, he could still invest upto 24.9% and get full control until the 24.9% is removed. If we needed more than 24.9% in cash term this could be a directors loan.

Again, all this would need full board support and the use of MS I assume

I don't really think that Mark is part of the picture in the short-term.

And what happens to Snake's £120k's worth of shares? Does he keep them or does Mo need to buy them, and renegotiate the council debt, clear HMRC, settle the case with Harlequin and everyone else who is queing up.

We don't often disagree tisdeano, but I hope a creditor will put us into admin (we can't as we are inquorate) and then let Mo or whoever else is out there start to negotiate from a level playing field , with ALL of the cash available going into the club and the team.
