Heard it on Radio Joke, Perry has quit as a director.

Obviously we don't yet have full details, that would be beyond Radio Joke's investigative prowess - i.e. they don't know what questions to ask!

Is he just resigning solely from the Board or is he also resigning from his employment with the club?

If he is leaving completely I would like to thank him for helping the club for the investment of £100,000, out of his own money, and for his personal guarantee against the bank loan which I understand remains in place for a number of months.

However, if he hasn't put his £100,000 in or signed the guarantee, I hope that we sue the hell out of him.

Oh & whats this "working his notice" hes hardly working notice when hes off until 4th Jan!! i hope he never gains employment again in the industry, what a ****bag.

 

Which would lead to speculation that it was just more BS to keep visitors;) away from the club or he was just hiding.

In a way, it might not need us to sue. If the club went into administration any administrator worth their salt would be all over him and Miller for full settlement of the nil value shares.

 

I suspect that would suffice.

Yes, I agree. I also think believe Admin is the best way forward for the club, apart from the points deduction, that is.

 

At least it would enable us to get rid of certain personnel (directors and their service contracts), stop us from being sued by unhappy investors, catering companies, etc and get rid of any stupid contracts that Deakin & Miller may have tied us in to.
