Snowing here in the south end of the city - quite heavy earlier - but not sticking at all. Our bank is completely clear and traffic is having no problems. Pavements wet rather than icy. Forecast for Burslem tonight is 0 to +1 so if this match is off in those conditions it will be unforgiveable.

After the Burton Boxing Day fixture debacle of a few years back, I owuldn't put anything passed us in the way of getting called off.

Just heard on the grapevine that vales game tomorrow might be called off tomorrow due too bad weather, don't jump on me for this, but I think even the lightest of snow falls could make our chairman jump too his feet and raise his health and safety concerns for the upcoming match.. I'm sure it would be in there favour too bide more time for him and his little muppit.. Let's hope the weather holds off ad I'm up for voiceing my strongest opinions too these muppits.. Fingers crossed

 

It isnt up to the vale chairman its down to the referee if he deems it bad he will call it as its only snow shouldnt effect the game unless the pitch covers suddenly develop holes in them or the temperature drops below freezing over night
