I dont think anyone has suggested anything other than trying to obtain their votes in order to get Miller and Deakin off.

I think it was made pretty clear to Mr Meigh tonight that none of the old guard would be welcomed back into the Board Room.

If/when an EGM is called, can M and D use their "£350k" worth of shares in any vote even if they are nil paid??

That isn't entirely accurate though. I certainly didn't and neither did many others. There is a difference in using some old fart and his hurt pride and handing some wide boy the club on a plate.

i can understand your worries however it was categorically stated that -

 

a, stan would support the pvsc vote with his 50,000 shares to help remove miller and deakin.

 

b, stan would use his shares to support a pvsc nominated board applicant for an interim period .

 

c, stan no longer had any desire to be on the board of pvfc.

 

d, the fans made it clear that they wanted no ex directors near a new board.

He said he held the proxy for grindco and would use them along side his own

 

As grindco's other party is jackson I would imagine there has been some agreement between those two regarding the use of the proxy?
