Have you told Glenn?

Yeah I did, It might shock you to know but Glenn will always listen if I have a complaint. I do not always agree with everything but at the end of the day he is a director (I know he is stepping down soon) and its up to him if he changes anything.

I have seen what some fans are like with him and I can understand why the board never want to talk to people. I have never had the abuse as I am only his guest and do not have any power with the board but at times it gives me a headache. Some people seem to just stand there shouting abuse which gets us know where. Some I will give credit try to talk to him but it ends up with the people at the back shouting get out glenn etc what use is that.

Has anyone noticed that you never get a receipt? The man in there has a face like a smacked a r s e but the girl with dark hair is quite tasty and does well up front

Ha ha! Totally agree, the raven haired girl in the club shop is the only bit of quality on display in there. She is absolutely gorgeous and probably the only reason I pop in there these days. She has a front pairing that is the most breathtaking I have seen at Vale Park since the Naylor/Mills era. Very friendly too!

I think the shop went noticably down hill when it was wrestled from Bell's clutches and got stuck in the Lorne Street. Like most things during the Bratt era, it sounded promising but once you saw what it had to offer you were left utterly horrified. A bit like Andreas Lipa to be honest.

When I used to visit my folks I always bought crimbo presents from the shop. Mizuno had a top class training range and lots of cool limited edition stuff. My uncle bought an incredible set of Port Vale branded Mizuno golf clubs that he still uses today and were a one off item.

Mizuno coats were mega and I still have one of the last ones. It still looks new and I only paid £20 in sale for a warm, high quality coat.

My favourite items were the Port Vale Mitre footballs (not the recent low quality ones), I had loads and they lasted me for years.

Vandanel have damaged the profitability of the club for sure with their range of tat. Even Patrick brought out a few Vale branded boots that were better quality than their naff rubbish. All my Vandanel stuff is worn out or in a poor state. Yet the older Mizuno stuff is flawless.
